Topturf damage

Good day my name is Kabelo Maake, I work at Brackenview Life Healthcare Hospital.. I had an incident where my car was hit with stone by one of the Bidvest Topturf guys cutting the grass. The incident happened on the 4th of October 2019, my car was parked at a staff parking, around 15:34 was about to leave work it's when I realized that my car has a crack that I don't know anything about. I quickly reported the matter to our maintenance department... They called the supervisor, he said he'll send someone to come and take the report. Then Oscar came took the pictures of my car the report Vin number of my car and registration also my details, he said he'll give that to Nelson.. When I contacted Oscar he referred me to Nelson that he knows about my incident,, when I contacted Nelson he said Oscar is on leave and that I should get him the pictures of my vehicle I quickly told him that Oscar has them and he said you know about it. Then I did as requested and I asked how long is this gonna take, Nelson to me he said Neo will call me but still nothing; I went to my maintenance management they contacted them even now we going round in circles... Now if I get a ticket for the windscreen whose going to pay no one is giving me a straight answer as it's me whose going to be paying for it...
