Outstanding IRP5

Good day.I went to SARS to file for my income tax.SARS said that I need 2 IRP5's which are from Bidvest,I contacted HR where I was helped by the payroll lady quickly, she sent me 1 IRP5 which i submitted to SARS.SARS told me that i still need to submit the other IRP5 for provident fund.I contacted HR at Bidvest where she directed me to contact Alexandra forbes to request it from them.i contacted them but they said that they didnt have any information since they just took over the portfolio 2022 and i received my provident fund 2021.I emailed all the information that i received from SARS regarding the outanding tax certificate as it was requested by HR so that she could trace the IRP5.I called to follow up with HR to no answer for more than a week now.Admin kept saying that will take the massege and will ask her to contact you back,but nothing to date.I went to Topturf offices today only to find that there was a staff meeting and i could not be assisted.This matter hasnt been resolved since the 03rd of April this year.I am accumulating penalties at SARS due to this outstanding IRP5 that Bidvest cant find in their system.Please urgently assist because i will continue to accumulate more penalties before the end of this week.Thank you.
