Toptickets taking money without giving it back

I booked for the Steve Hofmeyr Ikoon show which was cancelled. No email to inform us, no request for a refund. They don't answer their Whatsapp and emails. How unprofessional and unacceptable. They are quick to take your money, but does not want to give it back. I am super annoyed with this horrible service.
