Top Tickets are ****MERS

I will never purchase anything from Top Tickets ever again, they are a bunch of ****mers. After the Blue Concert was cancelled in March 2025, they moved it to October during a week day. When i called for a refund after purchasing 10 tickets, no one answers the phone or email. Sometimes i get a random lady answering, trying to be helpful but still no response.
