I await a refund payment for extra money they received and need to be refunded since the 24th March 2025 everytime different excuse is used when I contact them

I await a refund payment for extra money they received and need to be refunded since the 24th March 2025 everytime different excuse is used when I contact them. I really am frustrated with this company useless.
