<p>Topshop V&A Waterfront staff have aren't doing any justice for the brands name . </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned in to ask for a specific Topshop item where I was redirected to 3 different staff members, one of which neglected the phone call completely until another staff member picked up the phone saying " hello is someone on the phone " . </p> <p>For the third time I gave the items given name by the Topshop brand which was u k own to them and a very detailed explanation was then to follow which still did not help . Eventually they asked to call me back . </p> <p>As an employee of a brand you are expected to know the items of sale to make the customers search easier and more convenient, otherwise what is the point of their service . </p> <p> </p> <p>10/08/2016<br /> <br />×</p>
