OUTLAW TOPSHOP'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY!!

On Friday afternoon, 27th Nov, I shopped at Topshop, Sandton Branch, Johannesburg, South Africa on behalf of my son. Upon asking the cashier if I would be able to get a FULL REFUND (in this case a credit to my bank card), the lady rep**** that Topshop's policy was to give a store credit voucher to purchase \something else"in the shop. As a result I left my purchase on their counter.<br> <br> I am aware the Consumer Law in South Africa regulates a FULL CREDIT"
