Displeased by poor service - TOPSHOP SANDTON

I can't begin to express how frustrated I am in retail shops, Topshop to be particular - a retail & fashion international store. We always hear of customers that are \unreasonable"and \""melodramatic\"" because of tantrums they throw when they are unhappy with products and services"
