Bad service, actually *******

Bought a scrum Cap for my son, got assistance from a gentleman that works in the store. He asked me my son's age to help with selecting the r8ght size. The scrum cap cost R695. Paid and left to issue my son before his game. Game was 100 kms away from vryheid. Got there and the cap did not fit him as it was too small, didn't even make an attempt as it was way miscalculated by the gentleman that helped me in the store. I work 389 kms away. Sent my mom this morning with the receipt to change to a bigger cap, they are refusing saying she has torn the bag that the cap was in, why couldn't they give her a right size cap with no bag, and use that bag to replace the one torn. They also don't have sizes. Now they expect me to not get my money back nor get the r8ght size bag. Disappointed by this awful service
