WORT Managing Agent

Topnotch Property Management is the managing agent at my flat in Table View. I've rented out my flat on a few occasion and Topnotch Property Management who's managing the security gate failed every time to add the tenants cell phone number to the access control system.<br> <br> I just had a call with Topnotch because the tenant is sitting at the front gate and can't enter the property even thou all the approval and request was provided on Monday already. It is the worst attitude and behavior i ever experienced. Absolutely no care or interest to rectify their mistake and the only answer provided is they will see if they can attend to it in the morning.
