Countless emails, snotty replies, my emails get ignored, and trying every single angle to get out of taking responsibility for paying what needs to be paid from the LEVY THAT I PAY every month. Well done on calling yourselves "Top Notch". The irony is astonishing.

Their website says: "BEST Sectional Title Management Company in Cape Town Top Notch strives to create a pleasant environment for the members of a Body Corporate, and to enhance the values of their properties through sound Management and effective Maintenance."

Don't fall for it.
