Leaking Roof at Villa De Vie

<p>Topnotch property services is responsible for managing and maintenance for the complex I'm living at - Villa Die Vie in Brackenfell / Vredekloof. The place is going to the dogs because they keep on hiring *********** ppl to "fix" the leaking roof problem. I've had the problem for + 5 years running now, my main bedroom gets flooded every time when it rains heavily and the carpet smells like cr%p for weeks afterwards. </p> <p>I have emailed Anine at Topnotch twice this month with no response to what can be don't to rectify the problem. </p>
