Poor service

The manager of Tipnotch appliances took my washing machine, top loader to be repaired.

He said the gearbox needed to be replaced and that was going to cost R2 300. He eventually alleged that it was fixed and needed to be dropped back.

Upon arrival, there was no water to test the machine and he insisted that he needed his money and he will come back should there be any complaints as the repair carries 6 months warranty.

Now the machine is still not working and he doesn't even make efforts of coming to check what could the problem be. He doesn't even bother to pick up my calls.
