YOU GUYS SUCK
<p>I have been waiting in hospital with a very serious issue I hot a authorisation letter to confirm I am allowed here then it gets pulled back and reversed </p> <p>I call them the tell me it takes 7 days for the investigation it's been 11 days now I call again they swear me and say it's not there problem and refuse to let me talk to someone who can help.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't get caught by them they are really useless and I will not leave this here.</p>

It's an emergency I can die coz of what I have???
It's been 12 days since my doctor send everything I got prove with me
I had enough of this medical aid and I'm not the only one.
How on earth can you give auth and cancel it after a week?
Useless if you ask me but I put the word out there and prove let people now make there own choices
