Worst Customer Service Available

<p>I am writing this for the general public who are looking to sign-up with a new medical aid. DO NOT sign up with Topmed! Their service levels can best be described as pathetic. It takes close to a month for them to reply to emails and you need motivations for almost every medical procedure only to be told that it hasn't been approved. Seriously, you will be in a better position without a medical aid rather than having this company representing you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.</p>
