When will I ever resolve this issue

So a while ago I decided I had enough with Topless, I wrote my query on this site and was called by a consultant who said they were calling to resolve an issue which I wrote on Hello Peter and that because it was written there their supervisor would call and assist further. To date nothing has happened all there is I am getting letters from Doctors saying that my medical aid didn't pay them....My name is now dragged in the mud and my credit record will be affected by all this....I regret ever changing my medical aid... Can someone please sort this issue out....or should I cancel and move on with my life. My gynae and anastetist were not paid and to date I don't know why...every month I pay my premiums and now this....
