What a mission just to see a specialist.

My **** went to a GP as the last week, her eyes are scrachting, she was then told to go see a Specialist as it's a Pteryuium in the eye, the Doctor gave her a referal letter to take with. Today we get there and TopMed does not want to pay for it as the GP should fill in one of there forms and not just write out there own. Since when did this happen, i've always just handed in a doctors letter. Who are you to tell a medical doctor there referal worth nothing. Why must a GP now fill in a long form that fits your needs? Where do you get off on this. Why was this never explained to me or my domestic. I had a read in the booklet, no where does it give any of the T&C's that you now give to these poor members. So now you will issue me with a full mail on what needs done from GP to any other person the member must go see. So next time that she goes it's not a sent back and forth issue again. I'm really dissapointed in the service that you are providing. This is unessary and uncalled for paperwork that you give members to do. And to think i was thinking of leaving Discovery for you..... this was an eye opener.
