Went to the hospital but the bill was not paid, Had sever constipation and went to the hospital Melomed mitchells plain, payment was not received by hospital, can back with insufficient funds on savings. My question to you is "Doesn't hospital bills get covered by the other bucket not savings " Please explain this to me.
