Utterly disgusted with Topmed and their PMB

I am outraged to say the least, we had a little boy that was born on the 19th May this year. We decided to go with Dr Potgieter and Wilgeheuwel Hospital as that is the Hospital he makes use of. Dr Potgiet was highly recommended from numerous friends so that was a given even though he is not a network Dr so to speak. For this PMB birth etc Topmed refuse to pay the PMB in full which makes me very sad, as our history does not contain any operations or such. We wanted the best for our child for in case there was any complications for birth / unforeseen (luckily there was none). The closest Network gynecologist was Krugersdorp Private of which we have only heard negative comments PLUS a lady friend of mine was there recently for a small operation and will never go back to Krugersdorp private. From where we are standing now I have truly lost my confidence in Topmed Medical Aid for something that is covered under PMB. I would like Topmed to restore my confidence in their medical aid scheme by stepping up to the plate and up their settle for the gynecologist at least. I look forward to Topmed's reply.
