USELESS MEDICAL AID

The past to months my debit order bounced because I was waiting for clients to pay me I then pay a week later the full premium however, by the 5th I got notice of suspension already which I think is a joke! Normally a person should get till the 7th not with these people! Then the savings you get for the premium you pay is a joke! In February my savings was depleted already and that was 2 visits to the lab. They don't have supporting systems where your eye wear or dentistry is covered like other medical aids they work purely out of savings. And dare miss a debit then you are suspended immediately not the mind the R27,135 in premiums you paid in the year this far. So just hope you don't need medical attention then you will be referred to a government hospital! This medical aid does not worry about their clients just the money they need to receive there is no lenience and when you call the call center they laugh and think you are a joke.. this is a joke!!
