I DONT WANT TO BE AFFILIATED WITH UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL AID I ASKED FOR CANCELLATION FORMS ON THE 28 MAY 2015 YOU IGNORED ME AGAIN ON THE 29TH 30TH <br> 1ST JUNE 2ND JUNE 3RD JUNE NOW AGAIN TODAY 4TH JUNE I FEEL LIKE I AM BEEN HELD HOSTAGE I DONT KNOW WHY YOU WONT LET ME GO YOU ARE FULLY PAID YOU TOOK YOUR MONEY ON THE 1ST JUNE WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME. <br> LET ME GO <br> BY IGNORING MY REQUEST WILL NOT TIRE ME TO SAY AG LET ME LET IT GO IT FURTHER ****ES ME OFF<br> YOLANDA I WANT THOSE FORMS BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS FRIDAY THE 5TH JUNE AS I KNOW ASKING FOR IT TODAY WILL BE LIKE DRAWING BLOOD FROM A STONE
