Unfair reason given

<p>I have recently app**** for authorisation for a very personal procedure. However it has been declined just because to them it doenst count. Well to me it would have been life changing. Even though a letter of motivation ect. was sent with from the doctors rooms i doubt that my case was ever revised by their boardmembers, just a NO. If they were in my shoes, they would have also appreciated a little bit more than just a NO. :-( </p>
