I have stated that this account must start in February of 2019. You are billing me for December 2018 and January 2019.
I have recordings from Hippo stating clearly that I am taking your medical aid from February 2019.
The R4,850 debited on my bank account must be reversed in your systems with immediate effect or else I am taking this matter further.
