TopMed refusing to help their fellow human being

<p>I am writing this in utter disgust towards Topmed, on Monday the 27th of June my wife moved our bedroom bed to get hold of our son's dummy that finds the weirdest places (13month old), with this action/angle she badly injured/aggravated her shoulder/nerve system/muscular in her upper right back and shoulder, she has been in excruciating pain since that Monday and been to her GP twice after referral to Dr van den Heever a Neurosurgeon for further assessment/treatment. We went for an appointment yesterday the 4th of July and the Dr tried to admit my wife in hospital after the visit for further assessment/treatment, Topmed refused to give authorisation for hospital admission for further in depth tests and temporary medical/pain/muscular treatment. This is something I can't understand, irrespective if the temporary treatment is not covered/or in full further tests will have to be done to determine the next cause of action, and until that the Neurosurgeon can't make a proper diagnosis and further treatment/surgery in worst case scenario. TopMed has absolute no care for its fellow human being wellbeing, none whatsoever! My wife can't even pick up our 13month old boy to change his nappy, that is the level of pain we are talking about, so thank you TopMed for your great caring and service in which we have no faith anymore after taking your debit order every month religiously, what a disgrace.</p> <p> </p>
