Topmed neclecting a patient!!@@

My dad was taken to a Specialist for sudden lost of balance, memory, sweating, confusion and some more symptoms. The Specialist diagnoses was that he had a stroke or in the proses of having a stroke. We are trying to admit him to hospital since 10am this morning and its already 14:30 and we are still waiting. If something happens to my dad I will personally held them responsible for ******!!!!
