Top med said they paid my savings to Discovery but nothing and they dont want to do follow up

<p>I was promised that my refund will be transferred to me on the 1st of January this year to my account.</p> <p>Later on story changes and it will be transferred to Discovery , which i dont have a problem with.</p> <p>Until today my savings hasnt been transferred to Discovery although i received a letter saying they have transferred . everyday when i call i get stories that it takes a day , takes 48 hours , takes 72 hours and all those hours have passed but there is no progress at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i call discovery they say they checked and no funds were received , when i call topmed they say i must speak to discovery. Its a very frustrating process because no one is able to help me and i am the one suffering the loss.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am forved to write to the councill for Medical aids becuase this is 100% poor service . </p> <p> </p> <p>Can this be sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
