Terrible at paying anything

On 21 July I was admitted by casualties because of severe pain. Two weeks prior I was waiting for authorization for a laboroscopy an d&c procedure. My doctors and I did everything we were supposed to ( fill out and send back nondec forms) repeatedly topmed said that they didn't receive forms. My pain got so bad on that Sunday that I phoned my genie and asked what to do. He said I had to go to casualties immediat because I was suffering from severe pain. The procedure couldn't be done on Monday because my doctor was waiting for authorization. Only later that day authorization came through. So I had to stay in hospital an extra day because of topmed. Now topmed doesn't want to pay 21 and 22 July in hospital. Despite the fact that I was admitted through casualties on account of SEVERE pain, which is also an emergency and despite the fact that I had to stay in hospital an extra day because we were waiting for authorization. So in fact it is topmeds fault that I was there an extra day. I REFUSE to pay a sent further towards topmed and I REFUSE to pay that hospital bill. I am taking this further with the CMS!! I will do what ever is necessary. This is supposed to be a medical aid. No????
