takes forever to pay claims

i submitted a claim in the 1st week of march. had a lapse in cover mid march however claim hadnt been paid prior to that which it was suppose to be. i spoke to.top med several times an everyonecsays its in process. once the med aid was reactivated towards the 24th march they processed only the.claims to.pay the providers NOT me. My doc visit on 30 march doc was paid yet im.still.waiting to.be paid back from.3rd march visit. i pay the policy not the doctors why am i pushed aside??? i send emails an just get do not reply responses noone calls as i request or even email back. i need the premiums paid back as im 8 months pregnant and jave to go.to doc every other week an have to pay copays. please look.into.this asap because i cant wait.months. if i.dont pay u then.u suspend my cover. next step im going to ombuttsman for breech of contract
