Snail Pace Service
<p>I wrote to topmed medical scheme to have my banking details chanaged on my profile. I am a member since 2009. It's been 6 months and the banking details have not been changed yet. When i contact their helpdesk they run me around like a headless chicken. And worce still they have also now paid my claim into the non-existant account which I have been trying for 6 months to tell them that the account isn't available anymore. Ther service desk must be one of the poorest in the business. Service desk personnel rarely ever get back to you after reporting a query.</p>

As per my email confirmation, your banking details has been updated this morning as requested, the delay was due to us waiting for a copy of your ID document before we can update your details.
