Service Excellence!!!

Nkosazana at the Chronic department went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my query was resolved. Two days ago I received inaccurate information from an agent at the same call centre. After relating this incident to Nkosazana, she expedited the query and went the extra mile to ensure that it is resolved within hours as opposed to days which is the service-level agreement. This is what service is all about. No doubt an asset to the organisation, Nkosazana sets the standard
