**** Service and giving me stories about transferring my savings refund
<p>I was promised that my refund will be transferred to me on the 1st of January this year to my account.</p> <p>Later on story changes and it will be transferred to Discovery , which i dont have a problem with.</p> <p>Until today my savings hasnt been transferred to Discovery although i received a letter saying they have transferred . everyday when i call i get stories that it takes a day , takes 48 hours , takes 72 hours and all those hours have passed but there is no progress at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can this be sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

I have investigated your query regarding your savings refund. The credit balance in your savings account has been transferred to your new medical aid, this was processed on the 9th of January 2017. We have also sent you a written confirmation on the 9th of January 2017.

I received that letter but unfortunately Dicovery hasnt received any money from you guys and i spoke to people from your call centre regarding this quesry who told me different stories on how it works with the transfer.but the issue is THIS HASNT BEEN resolved on my side because discovery hasnt received the money . and i can not take it any more. because you guys are telling me different stories every day .,

I am soo dissapointed with your service . Because i was paying my premium on time but I have to keep on calling everyday for this issue to be resolved.
