Self-payment gap

I'm honestly very disappointed with the time it takes to get my Self payment gap closed there is always an issue for some reason. <br> It is almost time to renew the monthly prescription for my kids asthma, have to go for allergy tests and my gap is still not closed<br> R 14 503.26 TOTAL OUT OF MY POCKET<br> R 4 764.98 TOTAL CLAIMS NOT ACCEPTED<br> R 6 008.81 TOTAL CLAIMS ACCEPTED SO FAR<br> R 3 729.47 TOTAL CLAIMS REASENTLY SUBMITED OR UNDERINVESTIGATION (WAITING???)<br> R 2 415.98 TOTAL Incorect payment into my account and not to provider.<br> How much longer do I have to wait to get my gap closed??<br>
