Refusing to settle PMB claim

So tired of figting between Topmed and Gap cover to get my outstanding energency csec bill settled.<br> <br> Gap cover refuses to pay as it was an emergency. Topmed refuses to pay as they claim it was an elective cesarean. I wanted a VBAC so surely wouldn't have booked an csec. This is unacceptable. We chose Topmed cause we where informed that they have a good maternity program.
