Rather use government hospitals than join this scheme

<p>I have never used my medical aid until I really needed to see a specialist. I called to ask what the process is for pre-authorization. I requested pre-authorization, they gave no feedback. When I called, they told me to send in additional forms which I was not aware of beacuse they didnt tell me this the first time! I sent the forms again, when I called to ask for feedback, they told me that I must send it to another email address?? I mean? Can they not tell you what the correct process is to follow and the channels to go through? why does it have to be a round for something I am paying for? I havent been able to receive my medicatio. Whats the point of this medical aid??? Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Topmed is terrible. I'd rather use government facilities than be a member of this digusting scheme. So frustrated.</p>
