Pensioner not getting reimbursed for claims

As a pensioner, since 2014 I do not get all my claims reimbursed by the medical aid. They keep on saying they have not received my claim forms. This has been the case up until December 2015. In addition chronic medication has been stopped for my wife and myself. My health has therefore suffered as a result. I do not feel that I receive a professional service from the claims department. <br> <br> I escalate this because my lifespan can be shorted due to this matter.<br> <br> Harold Brooks
