Pathetic service - cancelling my application with TopMed!

<p>I have app**** to become a member with TopMed, first they got my email address wrong and sent my acceptance letter with all my personal information to the wrong email address, then when i receive the acceptance letter and send it back, no one answers me or even gives me any feedback with regards to the status of my application, If this is how terrible their service is, even before I have joined, I will rather go with a different medical aid who are more responsive and who actually care to help new members!</p>
