Pathetic service by Topmed

I have been experiencing terrible service from topmed . I recently delivered my baby , prior to that my gyne recommended that I book my bed of which authorization codes were required . Bed was booked according to scan expected delivery date which was the 8th of March .

My membrane ruptured in the early morning on the 6th of March , and baby was delivered on the 7th of March .

This is a spontaneous vertex delivery , there is no control as to when baby is due to arrive .

Claims are being declined because I gave birth a day before ? This is unacceptable , Topmed is unreliable and their service is pathetic .

My claims need to be reassessed and processed !
