Paid Hospital and then reversed payment

In 2013 I was admitted for an emeregency Ceasarean, my baby was born at 30 weeks prem. First I had trouble with Topmed in registering the baby, I had to call in about 6 times to have baby registered,forms were sent through on the 6th of December and baby was only registered on the 17th. About 3 days ago i received a legal action notice from the hospital, Topmed paid the account, then they reversed half the transaction amount. I called in to try and find out what happened and why was the amount reversed, they said to me it was dor duplicate bills, but they said to the hospital it was due to the member being suspended, All my premiums were up to date when baby was in hospital so I dont understand what the problem is. The call centre agaent tell me that its 2 years later, so she cant me. I nopw spoke to 4 diferent agents who all keep telling me, reason for reversal was duplicate claims, hospital states topmed says due to suspension.I spoke to another agent who said to me that all payments for mum and baby were recived for November and December and January and this was when the claims were made. NOBODY at TOPMED CAN ASSIST ME NOW. Peeps becareful, they pay an reverse claims. WHAT ****>
