Overcharge
I had joined TopMed and my cover had to start beginning of October - My premium is R1512. I Suddenly get a statement from Sep to Oct saying I owe them 3K plus. I will not pay this amount and I reversed the funds they debited from my account. I sent an email last week saying I want to cancel, However I have not received any feedback
