Outstanding Debt and handed over *******ly

My problem is we were with Topmed from 2013 to 2015 because my husband was retrenched, he informed Topmed about the situation and they said the if payment is not received after the 15 of each month the contract lapses. But now they continued and tried to bill his account for two month after he was retrenched.

And now they said he must pay those two months which really doesn’t make sense contractually and now they handed over the account to the debt collectors, it’s been a huge fight with Topmed the their call center has been taking us from pillar to post since last year. We want to go back to Topmed but now don’t know how to resolve this matter.

We have never experienced any problem with them before up until my husband's retrenchment, am very upset because they billing us frequently because they are not honoring their side of their own terms and conditions (contract). Its been a year and a half and not anywhere being resolved.

So now we going to let our lawyers handle this matter as they are failing us. am so disappointed after the good service we received for the past two years.
