OUTRAGOUS AND APPAULING

Let me start my saying that this is utter nonsense and i can't believe that companies like this are even allowed to render a service and basically rob people of there money when they don't even offer decent and acceptable service. It's utterly disgusting. <br> <br> I was admitted to hospital for a total of 5 days. I spent 2-3 out of those 5 days on the INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU). After being discharge i was receiving bills upon bills from doctors, physiothe****** etc, saying that the account has not been paid as my medical aid refuses to pay the. After countless calls back and forth between myself, the hospital and the medical aid i was informed that my clinical diagnoses was not sufficient enough for me to have been admitted to ICU thus the medical aid does not see it fit to cover the bill,because as per them I was not clinically sick enough to receive such treatment. <br> <br> Please explain to me how it is fine that for 3 years you can take thousands and thousands of rands from me but when the time comes for you to actually put all those instalments to use to flat out refuse because i was not ill enough to your liking.
