Ongoing Excellent Service

During 2014 I have logged a complaint regarding my mom's medical aid particularly pertaining to the process of closing her self payment gap. Yolandi assisted me so efficiently but this year when my mom reached her self payment gap I expected that the whole process would be difficult once more. Even though Yolandi is a supervisor and not personally responsible for allocating these claims, she has overseen the process and double checked each claim and query and took it upon herself to provide me with feedback throughout the time.
