ONE MONTH SINCE CLAIM, STILL NO RESPONSE
TOPMED is extremely quick to gather your monthly membership premium, however, when you've paid a service provider who does not deal with medical funds (BECAUSE of the bad administration), and try to claim back your cash payment, you are advised: \It will be in your account ....with our next payment run on THURSDAY""
