Nothing but hassles

Not happy with top med. I switch from discovery as top med had a maternity program and yet have been told now I still have Co pays even though I have a savings pocket as well.<br> Requested a call urgent didn't receive so I called in and lady is clueless to what is happening. I explained I have questions about the benefit and she trying to give authorisation numbers. <br> I asked if she can call me back as I'm not sure my airtime she says she will if line cuts. Well it cuts and she doesn't call back<br> I am VERY tempted to cancel and just move back onto my discovery plan as I NEVER had any issue with them.<br> I have tried to submit claims after I'm told my pregnancy has 3 month waiting but everything will come from savings. <br> Then I'm told I have 3 mnth waitng for everything. <br> Nothing since day one in dec has gone smoothly....I don't need this cr.ap. in my life
