Good day , I was send to emergency room 25 November , my medical aid was not active at that time. I only was activated 1 December, after that I went to the neurosurgeon and was supposed to go for a procedure. the lady we spoke to was Bongiwe. se said they must 1st investigate and will coma back to me in 7-9 days. that was 3rd December 2015. I still have not heard of her from then. I send emails regularly. can some one please assist me in this matter, I need to go to hospital a.s.a.p. I will take this up with the Medical Ombutsman if no response soon.
