No Medical aid card or physical documents for 4 Months

<p>I app**** for TopMed membership on the 6th September 2016. I was called by J**** Health on the 7th September to confirm membership. I was told that my documents along with my membership card would be delivered with 2-3 weeks. </p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous calls, I still have not received anything. Today I called in and was told that my documents were sent on the 18 November with the post office.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable. The SA Post Office loose their own staff, how can you trust them to deliver confidential documents?</p> <p> </p> <p>If I do not receive my membership card with my documents by the 31 December 2016, I will be cancelling my membership and I will expect a FULL refund. Failure to adhere to my request will result in me taking my case further with the ombudsman.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
