No emergency admittance...even if it is cancer!

We have had a topmed medical for the last five months with all premiums ip to date.Yesterday I went to a doctor because of a pain in my back and leg,who sent me for xrays and a scan. After spending the whole of a day doing test after test ,I was shocked to be diagnosed with kidney cancer/tumors and informed that I have to be admitted the next day(today) According to the doctor,due to the extend /seriousness of this find,he would advise that this be attended to immediately,and therefore considers this an "emergency admittance" Topmed however does not agree as their company policy is to investigate this for the next 7 to 14 working days....and due to "non disclosure"!....as if I was planning my cancer !!! I am extremely disappointed ...going to the doctor for a "small issue",being diagnosed with tumors ,dealing with this with your family.....and then the medical aid tells you to wait it out > No empathy !
