No Documents for more than 2 months - ***

<p>I have added a new member on my medical aid from 1 January 2017. I have app**** in December already and have still not received any documents or membership cards. I need to be able to provide proof of medical aid and I cannot do that without the physical card in my hand. I have complained twice on email (Ref# J ********** /D ********** 6 and ********** ) and their website with the most useless replies ever. I am considering switching medical aids, if they can't even send documents how sill they pay if something should happen to me? If I do not receive my documents by the end of February I am cancelling my membership and contacting the ombudsman for short term insurance.</p>
