My savings
Well I ended my medical aid with them in November and I was told that my savings would be paid out to me in 4 months and it is now 4 months and now if I phone them the say no only after 4 and a half months. I wanted to speak to management and they would not put me through. I am fed up with this they always take your money on the right day but wen they must pay back they have long story's about it, it's like they are *****ing my money from me.

Positive savings refunds are done four and a half months are the cancellation of membership.
The reason it is not paid out before that time frame is because members and providers have up to four months to claim for services rendered to a patient, or to correct a claim should there be a error, when the four months has lapsed, a recon is done of your savings and the positive savings is then released to the member if the member has not joined another medical aid with a savings option.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused with this matter. I can assure you that this is not the level of standard that we ascribe to and will continue to strive to improve our service.
