I really really really HATE this company
<p>They have *****ed me over 1 to many times.. </p> <p>They auth procedures.. then refuse to pay.. They pay everything out of your savings account.. even big procedures.. they depleted my savings when i took my son for his eyes.. then auth me to do mri scan.. after scan.. they pay 17c... yes R0.17.. because they can't milk the savings account anymore.. </p> <p>Then i get another auth.. still for my son's eyes.. they ask for motivational letter from doc.. i sent them the letter.. then they reject the claim.. wait for it.. Service does not fall within authorised dates... ***??? it was done 3 days after i got the auth???? </p> <p>A while back.. they refused to pay for the birth of my son.. after auth .. </p> <p>In the past year i've paid over R17k out of my own pocket.. because they reject everything! </p> <p>Only reason i have to stay with them is because of my company making TopMed compulsory... how rediculus..</p> <p> </p> <p>I OFFICIALLY HATE THIS COMPANY!!! MAY U BURN TO THE GROUND! </p>

Still not convinced that i will stay with this company though. will leave first chance i get!
I pay you thousands every month + a sum for savings and you pay everything from my savings.. which is my money.. so you keep my money to pay everything using my money and think i should be greatful.. why do i pay you the thousands then? this is basically an overcharged hospital plan.. which i can get so much cheaper through any other company.
And i still have to pay the R7k for the MRI... from my own pocket. ;'( after they authed me to go..
Make that go away and maybe I will change my opinion.. Still hope you Burn to the ground! :P
